The Home Owners Association Liquor Licence area is displayed on the bar bench top. In general, the licenced area covers most the clubhouse including the verandah area, and the bowls club rooms.
The following policy applies to the consumption of bring your own (BYO) alcohol in the HOC Liquor licence area.
No BYO is allowed while the bar is open.
During the times that BYO is allowed, it is only permitted in the Games Room, Veranda, wine room, and main function area of the main clubhouse, and the bowls club. In addition:
The Home Owners Committee reserves the right to vary this policy at any time in the event that the amenity and cleanliness of the clubhouse is impacted adversely by this policy.
The Bar-B-Que Pavilion is not part of the HOC Liquor Licence area. Therefore, the area is subject to BYO rules set by the Site Owner. The Site Owner’s rules are as follows:
With respect to the last point of the Site Owner’s rule. The HOC does not intend to hold/ host any functions in the Barbecue Pavilion. Additionally, Home Owners are reminded that the Barbecue Pavilion reservations can be made on the appropriate booking sheet located in the notice board area of the clubhouse.
